I have decided to dub yesterday, April 2nd, my Wellness Anniversary. I received the best news ever, that I no longer have the high risk HPV virus!! 5 months after finding out that I had cervical pre-cancer and high risk HPV, both of which I was told may never go away and would most likely result in cancer, I am so thrilled to say I no longer have either of them. All without surgery! I also have not been sick in 6 months.

This is a milestone as the doctors really weren’t sure if it was possible to get rid of high risk HPV. I am so grateful that even though they didn’t know if it would work, they were willing to work with me to try. I remember sitting in my doctors office going over my 3 month re-test results (which was no more dysplasia but still had high risk HPV) and discussing how to move forward. We also happened to be discussing how to treat my Epstein Barr Virus and both of us realized at the same time, why not use the same natural concoctions to fight HPV? (those being Monalaurin and VRL-detox). They both fight viruses! What a great idea! I can’t say this is what did it or what part of what I did was the miracle. All I can say is that everything I did worked. The combination of the dietary changes (raw vegan diet), supplementations, etc. (all described in incredible detail in my Girls Corner) were what made it successful. They are of course over the moon about the results as am I.
What’s funny is the response I get from some of my friends. They say, great! Now you can go back to eating normally. They don’t realize that this whole experience has been a lesson. As Oprah always says, obstacles are put in front of you so you can learn the lesson and until you learn the lesson you keep encountering the same obstacle. Well my lesson has been learned and I’m teaching it to others. The notion of going back to how I ate before is absurd to me. That’s like being a smoker, getting lung cancer, getting rid of lung cancer and going back to smoking. That’s just ridiculous!

Not to mention……why would I give up all this?

and let’s not forget the two superstar drinks!

I’ve never felt better. Life is a joy to be lived and that is how I feel. Each and every moment should be the best you can make it and that means putting what is best for you body in your mouth! I am convinced that is how you get the best out of life. I now look forward to new obstacles and new lessons!

I am a proud ambassador of my own health!
